Ginseng Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 free range chicken, cut into 4 to 8 pieces
  • 10 grams of Canadian ginseng
  • 10 dried jujube fruits
  • 2 tablespoons of goji berries
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 litres of water

Directions:
Rinse and drain all the dried herbs to remove dust and dirt. Place all ingredients in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Remove from heat and serve warm.
